WEF SUMMER CAMP FAQS
How will campers be grouped?
Campers are broken up into different age groups. You will typically see incoming 1st-2nd in our youngest group, 3rd-5th in our middle group, and 6th and 7th in our oldest group. Incoming 8th grade campers are eligible to serve as a “counselor-in-training” or to join the 6th & 7th grade campers. Counselor-in-training will be offered at the discretion of the Camp Director. Counselors-in-training pay the same registration fee as all other campers. Our camper-to-adult camp counselor ratio is 14 campers to 1 adult camp counselor.
Can I get both the sibling discount and the early bird discount?
Yes! You may receive the early bird discount if you register prior to June 30. For the second child and each subsequent sibling, you will receive $25 off of their registration fee. For example, a family with 2 children that registers prior to June 30 would pay $275 for the first child (saving $25 for early bird registration) and $250 for the second child (saving $25 with the early bird discount and $25 additional dollars as the second child), for a total of $75 in savings!
